A lot of shops try to DIY this. They buy a few IR lamps, build a custom rig, and hope for the best. But here’s the thing: that’s a lot of guesswork for something that needs to be precise. That’s why we shifted from selling individual parts to providing fully integrated, bent heating modules. It’s about more than just heat. Think of a single lamp as just a lightbulb that gets hot. A module? That’s a tool. We do the heavy lifting on the math—calculating the wattage and the focal length based on how the bulb curves. Because the lamps are already set in a fixed, pre-bent geometry, the radiation hits your glass at exactly the right angle. You don’t have to deal with those annoying “cold spots” that happen when you’re manually fiddling with tubes in a homemade frame.
