Power That Fits the Space
These bathroom heater lamps are designed for a very specific job: deliver heat fast, without tripping circuits. We’re talking about 2500W of power, running on either 230V or 400V. That gives you the kind of heat density you need in a bathroom—instant, direct warmth. And the size? It’s compact. We designed it to fit into tight housings, so you get serious output without taking up a ton of space. But with that kind of power, you need to make sure your mounting and wiring can handle the load. The fixture has to be tough, and the wiring has to be rated for a wet environment.
The Safety Starts with What It’s Made Of
At the heart of this lamp is a high-purity quartz tube. Quartz handles the constant shock of turning on and off, and it fights off moisture way better than regular glass. Inside, a halogen-filled atmosphere protects the filament, which means the lamp lasts longer and the heat stays steady. But the real safety move is in the base. We use a ceramic base with an R7s connector, creating a physical and electrical barrier between the live parts and the outside. Even when condensation forms on the surface, the internal electricals stay isolated. No leaks. No shortcuts.
What This Means in a Real Bathroom
Bathrooms are tricky. Water and steam are everywhere, and they’re always looking for a path to electricity. Our lamps are built to drop right in place of standard industrial heaters, but they come with reinforced insulation. The sealed quartz tube and ceramic base shut down any chance of leakage current. Now, there is one trade-off: heat. This lamp puts out a lot of warmth, so you need a fixture with proper airflow and a mounting setup that’s secure and water-resistant.
